Notwithstanding, in the event an event is cancelled, the ticket purchaser will automatically receive a refund not to exceed the face value of the ticket. In the event an event is rescheduled, the ticket purchaser will be entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket if, within five (5) days of the event’s originally scheduled date, the ticket purchaser forwards the original e-mail receipt to refunds@LobbyTickets.com and requests a refund. Under no circumstances will a replacement ticket be issued for any ticket that has been damaged, lost, stolen or destroyed.

Upscale and Stylish nightlife fashion. No oversized clothing, including but not limited to t-shirts and pants.No tanks tops, hoodies, jerseys, sweat pants, joggers, no baseball caps, timberland boots of any color, no basketball sneakers (Jordans,Nike, etc). No UGGs.Stylish sneakers may be worn only accompanied by a button down shirt. Shorts can be worn with a dress shirt. Females are not allowed with sneakers, timberland boots or flip flops. (Sandals are allowed)We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone. Reservations will be cancelled if proper attire is not worn.

Each event venue may have specific requirements for admission to the event and/or premises, including, but not limited to, minimum age requirements and dress codes. By purchasing a ticket, each ticket purchaser agrees to comply with any and all requirements set forth by the event venue. The ticket purchaser further agrees to hold LobbyTickets.com Productions, Inc. harmless from any damages caused by a denial of entry for failure to comply with the event venue’s entry requirements.
